STEPS INVOLVED IN INCORPORATING A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY
1. Choosing a name and requesting for the availability of the name.
2. Obtaining approval of the name from the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
now called Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
